I 'bake' sweet potatoes in my microwave.
I slice sweet potatoes half cm thickness and air fry them for 7-10 minutes in a single layer and standing up around the edges. This is a fan favorite.

I usually have about a tablespoon worth myself because that is all the carbs I can tolerate in a meal.

I like sweet potatoes,
Orange is okay,
Yellow is better,
I love the purple,
Red is nice,
Even white.

Hi Les4, air fryers work well with sweet potatoes. You can put them in with or without the skin. Depending on the size 10 to 15 minutes should suffice.
