I Read That Radical Diets That Drastically Reduced Carbs While Increasing Protein And Fat Actually Cause Type 2 Diabetes.
The radical diets may have been exclusively protein and fat, and Google searches for "High protein and high fat diet cause Type 2 diabetes" turned up studies in agreement. Should I consider this as fact?
I would look at who conducted the studies and who they were funded by and there may lie the answer as to why they say low carb diets are causing diabetes. I don't think a high carb diet is good for anyone, diabetic or not.
