Hi Graham, thank you for your feedback/advice.

Yes, I've been struggling with my weight. I have been turning a blind eye towards my health and it seems like I'm trying to do too much too late.

I fear for the worst as I am still relatively young and have a beautiful family which I would still like to spend an eternity with.

Health is taking its toll on one's Mental Health
as well.

I am currently on Glucophage 600mg morning and night. And Victoza 1.8ml per shot in the mornings.

On first visit to Doctors, sugar levels ranged to about 27. I'm currently down to between 5,5 and 14. Eye sight is blurry once my levels are below 10 and found that eyesight is at its best when levels are between 10 and 14, but, this then negatively affects my feet, legs as well as water retention. (I use salt tablets and water pills to keep that under control).

Quiet difficult to keep a positive mindset with all the above.

Sounds like the early stages of Peripheral Neuropathy

To halt it get great control of your blood sugar "today" whether that means taking extra meds or buckling down a little harder

If your weight isn't normal, working on that will have the most positive effect that you can do for yourself - you are seeing the beginning of "what WILL happen" if you don't

And if you have been having a challenge with what/how you have been eating, that would also help you dial back what you are experiencing

There is drugs to alleviate the "sensation" but it doesn't fix the problem or stop it from getting worse. Only "great" blood sugar control can do that.

You are at a crossroad where you need to talk to your Doc and make some decisions. That may mean adding new/more/different diabetes medications and getting even more serious about doing what you can for yourself

I don't mean to sound harsh, but that is what you NEED to do or it WILL get worse
