What is the difference of a type 1 and a type 2 diabetes.

Type 1 does not produce it's own insulin- pancreas is kaput Type 2 produces some but is resistant bro it's action.Type 2;may progress to producing no insulin.Treatment is same.keep.glucose in as tight a range as possible.
