@A DiabetesTeam Member Most fruit juices are too high in sugar and carbs for diabetics (a lot add corn syrups and fructose which is also bad) According to my free Fatsecret app 1 cup of apple juice has 29 grams of carbs and 27grams of sugar.

Accordingto the following site: "For a healthy diet, the recommended grams of sugar that you should have is somewhere around 20 to 35 grams per day. This is true for every individual whether or not you are a diabetes patient."
