I had a Covid about a year ago and was not to sick but did not enjoy the experience. It was worse than the common cold but not bad for me, I recovered in about 2 weeks with no lingering effects. (I did have original shot and the boosters.) I had a Covid booster about 4 months ago along with a pneumonia vaccine and just had my flu shot last week. I am thinking about getting the next version of the Covid booster in late October. My doctor always encourages me to get all the vax available for myā€¦ read more

There is supposed to be a new formula for this fall - the thing mutated again

It almost sounds like this is going to stay like the annual flu - most time they can figure out "what strain"

So in the fall when I get my flu shot (recommended for anyone with diabetes) if the next (booster) is available I'll get that as well - not going to hurt anything

If the vaccine caused you to grow a third arm or something I guess we would all know by now šŸ˜

And now that most of the numbers were crunched the results say that if you go into hospital as a diabetic with Covid, you have greater odds of going out the back doors on a stretcher then walking out the front so anything that can help is worth it for "us"

I just got my COVID bivalent booster. I havenā€™t had COVID and donā€™t want it. I lost too many people to it.

I took the four shots and I donā€™t think I would take anymore. I know someone who was very healthy and had a heart attack so I question if it was from the shot

Bubs and I have kept up with our jabs.My last one,the jabbers came to the hospital.I caught Covid in hospital, and norovirus in another.I was undecided as to having the last booster, having had some bad reactions, but as it was a different vaccine and the jabbers came to me I went ahead.
Nov 2023. Had booster Covid and flu.Flu caused muscle and bone pain in hand for couple of days.
