My sugar levels have normally been very well controlled over the years that I have had type 2 diabetes. This last month was quite odd as my sugar levels were very erratic and on the high side. This was most unusual. There were times when my diet was out of kilter, but for the main I ate fairly well. Were you under any stress, physical, mental, emotional, mrdications. The most correctable cause would be mild dehydration.

The accepted level of water intake is 1/2 to 3/4 ounce water for every pound of body weight daily for best hydration.

Diabetes type 2 is progressive for most people, so things can change, so talk with your doctors and pharmacists. You might need a change in medications.

Other diagnoses and their medications might also contribute to those issues.
