You are welcome
Thank you Graham, most helpful.
My so-so day(s) don't come often but they do come.
It is a day when I really do not want to take insulin, metformin, lisinopril and Gabapetin etc. I call it my inner battle and I don't give into the feelings but it does not keep it from happening within.
I get tired of the routine!
So what do you do????
I was afraid to post this but I do not fear it, I am staying in faith!

I stayed off meds for 25 yrs after initial diagnoses. By walking everyday and cutting back on carbs. But than had to go the medication route. Loosing weight is key.
Ok, I hope nobody here thinks you can somehow study for an A1C test but thought that would at least generate some interest in what I wanted to post 😁
A couple of weeks ago while talking with my (our) Family Doc about my Wife (I make all her medical decisions - she has Stage 4 Parkinson's Disease) I mentioned that I was "overdue" for my annual "Diabetes Check" (was due in April/May)
Since I'm in Clinical Remission I am only required to have an A1C check done once a year (and only get one… read more

The meds don't seem to work that great plus none of the doctors I have been to have helped. Plus I live in a town where it seems they just want to milk the system. It's a long story but all any of them do is put me on different meds and then when one doesn't work they keep me on it then put me on something else. I just don't know what to do anymore
