Thanks for the Info fo guys.
I have decided to cut out sucralose as well. If Im not metabolizing sucralise positively, then it's time to stop.
There are a host of side effects against Sucralose as per hge internet and its not as safe or desirable for me to use.
I was having really good results with monkfruit erythritol etc. But I think for me it's best to stop all these artificial sweeteners altogether.

Sucralose is generally regarded as safe for most people for occasional use. Studies for longer term use have mixed results.

For me personally, it makes me bloated and feeling sick.

The only artificial sweetener I can tolerate is saccharine, aka sweet and low. But only on an occasional basis. It too will make me sick if I use it on more than an occasional basis.

My choice is to use no artificial sweeteners.

Did you know that saccharine is used in many soaps and cleaning products to give them a pleasant smell (sweet). It usually is not listed in the ingredients as saccharine, but as a scent.

So the use of saccharine is much more widespread than many know.

I concur with you hkc. I notice my sugar being a bit high 9.1. Last night.
It's kinda counterproductive to be trying to control my sugars and to lose weight if sucralose is undoing my efforts.
So Like you Hkc will use no artificial sweeteners except The newer ones eg Stevia or the combinations. It will also be good for my pocket as well.
