Tracking App Bs And Food??

A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭
Barrie Ontario Canda

I have a question to you all. Does anyone know of an app that I can instantly put in the food I’m eating, the bs, the time. Then the two hour later bs numbers

So I can track what different foods do to my bs numbers.

I was writing in a book but I can’t bring book with me all the time. I have my phone with me all the time tho. So was hoping to find a simple app to use?

There may be an app associated with your BG meter

When I used the Accu-Chek Guide it would bluetooth to the "MySugr" app and you could load in carb counts, photos of what you ate, notes etc and you could use it without the associated meter (it also works with an apple watch apparently) but you would have to manually enter the blood sugar readings from whatever meter you are using

I'm now using the Libre2 system - same deal. It's app lets me tell it if I'm eating breakfast/lunch/supper or a snack, carb count (if known), notes etc

So maybe check the website of whatever meter you are using and see if there is an associated app - at least the two I have been using appear to have the same function
