Lose weight, control blood sugar, lower blood pressure?
To lose weight no special food, just eat less of whatever you are currently eating - less in means less to burn = lose weight
Control Blood Sugar - again, no "special" diet, just eat less of the carb intense foods you currently eat
Lower Blood Pressure (and general heart health) - reduce your salt intake
Eating healthy is not complicated and it's not special food. It is simply making wiser choices - give up the processed crap, cut out added sugars, choose lower salt alternatives
The less processed a food is, the better it is for you. So off the fresh produce shelf is better than from the frozen section which is better than in a can which is better than in some microwave meal
