Started With 3mg up to 14mg and take insulin twice a day I still have high reading after dinner
But my a1c is 6.2. don't like taking all the meds.

Thank you for answering me. As of right now they started me on 3mg. It's doing nothing for me. My sugar levels are high. I don't know what I am supposed to be doing meanwhile till they kick in. Did they start you on 3mg at first?

Rybelsus had a negative efffect. Understood that taking it could cause a slight weight loss; Was using it for 6 months and had loss 30 pounds, Finally endocronologist took me off it and put me on insulin taking before going to bed and sugar has been good and I have gained 20 pounds and now weigh 160 lbs.
