I've looked on Google for some that might do, but does anyone here have any good/ favorite diabetic friendly overnight oats recipes they can share? Thanks in advance ;)

Oatmeal,or oats,is normally eaten hot here in the US, but on occasion it's prepared cold by soaking for a few hours or overnight, usually with milk and yogurt and various other add ins like chia seeds and fruit. Depending on how the oat is prepared in the factory(rolled or steel cut or quick) will affect how quickly its absorbed from what I can tell🙂

Please explain overnight aspect. Here in South Africa, maize meal is a great favourite. If cooked, and eaten after chilling, blood glucose rises more slowly. However, it all depends on how much is consumed. Blood glucose will always rise at some point.
