Should I be wearing an ID braclette for my Type 2 and should I have all meds on it

Do you think it's a good idea to wear a medic alert bracelet for diabetes type 2, hypertension and tachycardia? I'm sometimes alone at home and worried that should something happen and I can't respond, at least the bracelet would say more about my health condition/s.
Contact your local hospital and ask them if they offer free medical ID bracelets. If they don't, ask if they know of any medical foundations in the area that provide these bracelets for free
