Keeping insulin cool during camping

I will be traveling through South Africa in 35-40 degrees Celsius weather for a 2 week camping / self catering trip. How can I keep my insulin cool?
I’ve read up on Frio packs, but these seem to be unavailable in South Africa.

I use a ‘Breezypac’ It’s a Canadian product that keeps insulin at the correct temp

You can also use an insulated travel bottle

I use a Frio bag when we go camping, very efficient. I ordered online from UK company and had delivered to me in Cape Town, South Africa

U can also wet a towel and keep it in that.
