Up 2-3 times per night to urinate. Don't know if it is more from enlarged prostate or kidneys getting rid of sugar through urination.
Anyway, not fun when i go to sleep with a decent bg number and wake up with a much higher fbg number.

Great question Graham and here in the last 3 months my b.s. has been bouncing from 60s to 200. I am gonna start writing down everything including food , meds and vitamins. All I can think about changing is the preparation for some videos and the stress of getting everything ready.

My diabetes started when I had gestational diabetes in both pregnancies, insulin with my daughter pregnancy they are 14 and 9 now ,I all so have pcod.its hard to understand.
