My blood glucose falls when its hot. Type1.

Yes, warm (and hot) weather affects your blood sugar.

The concentration of sugar in our blood is affected greatly by how well we are hydrated - which is why it is recommended that Type 2's drink a lot of water everyday, which is even more important in warm and hot weather.

During the warmer weather we perspire more (artificially) raising our blood sugar.
