I posted a reply about it being driven by our hormones when talking about our Fasting/Between meal numbers. We all know that we can affect our mealtime numbers depending on what we put in our mouth.
This led me to think of another question. How much can it bounce before we see that as something of concern?

As long as you're not consistently out of range, I wouldn't be too concerned. If anything, your A1c may be too low.
I love that you post these questions. They are always so helpful. Right now, my numbers are pretty even and pretty good. However, I am either compliant or I get overwhelmed by something and wind up eatIng like a goat and have FBS in the mid-200s. One thing that keeps me on track is frequent testing. I am capable of an enormous amount of rationalization and self deception without a reliable feed back mechanism. It helps to have this community too. One of my team members, HKC, encouraged us to post our FBS numbers daily as an accountability mechanism and it really works. I do it most days now.
