Does glucose fluctuation causes spikes on blood pressure, and palpitation?

Both high and low blood sugar can have a negative impact on your blood pressure and functions of the heart and other organs. If it fluctuates between 4 and 7.8 (72 and 140.4) it will have the least negative impact on your vessels and organs.
