Getting Older

I have type 2 diabetes. My number is good even when don't eat as healthy as I should. I'm fairly young now but I'm concerned about as I get older. I lost 40 pds but will that be enough as I age.

Important thing is to maintain your weight at the recommended level! Also continue to eat healthy and exercise!
