Just to show that not all my posts are (technical) in nature 🤣

Today was a long day at the end of a long week for me so didn't really feel like cooking (which I do for myself and my Wife who has Stage 4 Parkinson's Disease and having her near the stove is not a great idea even when she feels stable enough to help out)

So today I decided to have one of my "occasional treat meals" that doesn't have a great deal of nutritional value but let's me remember my life before Diabetes.

Slice of wholewheat toast,spread,egg mayo,beetroot,raw onion and couple of baby tomatoes followed by mug of instant coffee with milk

15 year old daughter?

Now I feel "ancient" - my youngest turns 32 in March and my older girl will be 35 next week 🤣

Still don't understand it though - I'm only 29 so I must be forgetting to carry a 1 somewhere...

Ate at Mi Cocina for my daughter’s 15th birthday. Her fav restaurant. Had two fully leaded corn tortillas dipped in queso and a ground beef taco salad. Avoided the free chips which I love.
