I've been on an almost keto diet for a while but fear the long term effects on heart and vascular system of too much fat, particularly saturated fat, as wel las impact on the kidneys from protein overload. I switched to a vegan diet about 3 weeks ago.. BG's starting to come closer to normal range but looking for a good source of recipes that hit all 3 areas of low carb, low fat and lite to moderate protein that is also tasty.

Have you looked at any Indian recipes? Ever thought about coming up with your own? I've found recipes on YouTube that I've been able to put my own spin on. Don't be afraid to experiment and try different ways of cooking the same items. I have a basic stir-fry recipe I use and I'll just vary the ingredients for a different taste.
