Cinnamon will lower your blood sugar. But, personally from my work on portion control is where my greatest reduction on my A1C has had the greatest success.. AND If you need a little "magic" to bring blood sugar down and quickly try using "Marshmallow Root powder" It's tasteless and even more effective.

What category is organic ground cinnamon? Are the organic spices (cinnamon) better than “Cassia”? “Ceylon”?
I’m just curious as I started purchasing organic spices, including cinnamon thinking its better than “Cassia”. I didn’t do my homework first and I don’t want to be consuming even a small amount of the Coumarin.

Diabetes, be careful of diet changes. Although the body is not mechanical, it is a sophisticated organic system, works like a gearbox. The latter I terribly ignorant understanding. This becomes evident as we get older body does behave as our mind/intelligence wants!
