It’s hard to believe, but the more active you are, the more energy you’ll have. It will also help keep your blood sugars in check. Going to the gym is an excellent way to work off anger as well. Anger is a stress, and that’s bad for your health. It may also be bad for your relationships. 🙂 if you can’t go to the gym, do some walking, preferably outdoors—maybe in a park or on a nature trail.

Exercise and healthy diet is where it's at. Exercise really helps to stave off peripheral neuropathy and good diet.

In the last couple of weeks I have started to feel tierd at work for no reason. It's not a stressful job. I cook for a restraunt. Most of the time I feel I want to stay in bed. If it wasn't for my dog that keeps me moving and alert I might stay in bed. My energy level keeps going up and down. I don't think it's depression. But I do see alot of anger. I try to control it so not to snap at ppl.
