Has anyone else had this issue? I have always had extremely thick hair even though it’s fine a have a lot of it. But over the last 6+ months I have noticed more and more hair loss when I wash it and even when I just brush and comb it. Certain medications like metformin can cause temporary hair loss, it did for me. The loss has slowed down now. With metformin it’s supposed to grow back after a time. Thanks for you advice, I’m on metformin so I hope the hair loss will slow, my hair is my thing, it’s really the only pretty think I have left, even if it’s half the thickness it use to be, suppose I’m lucky that my hair was really thick to start with, or I might be bald by now! I will research the shampoo.
The hairdresser commented that my hair was thicker before. Lots came out the last few months combing it.
