what can I do to stay active when I am in a wheel chair I find it very hard to do also gain water in legs which causes blisters and I do keep my feet up waiting for compretion stockings

Has fit has seated exercise routines. I watch them on YouTube for free. Good for limited mobility and the elderly

There is seated Yoga, range of motion exercise and weight training. (Spent 3 months in rehabilitation in 2008 learning how to walk again and had to use a wheel chair. Lost extreme amount of weight eating small meals and no sugar and food after 6 pm)
