A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

Are there advocates that can negotiate for us with the drug manufacturers and health insurance when we fall into coverage gaps, or just can't afford the newer non-generic drugs; for example, Trulicity?

Most of the larger med companies like Ozempic have help thru their own company. If you can't afford it you can get it greatly reduced. My Ozempic is 25.00 thru my insurance and the company. It was going to cost like over a 1000. A. Month or something like that. You can google companies like trulicity and get phone numbers to talk to reps yourself. Most companies want to help. God bless you and I hope this helps.
