A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

That sort of pain is normal with Diabetes but you should keep your doctor informed as he/she may have some options for you. To help it a little you may be able to get away with doing daily body stretches. moving your arms and limbs around to keep the circulation in your body going. Hope this helps.

Best advice I can give, is study herbalism and get AWAY from pharmaceuticals.. If you are on Metformin, all Herbal Glucocil (OTC) can help get off it.. Shave grass tea can replace HCTZ as a diuretic.. A low carb diet under 100g carbs daily and you will stabilize and start to heal, eventually increasing carbs. It's a pain to do it until you get used to it but think about this, if SHTF, where are you going to get pharmaceuticals? Herbs you can gather or grow..
