Understandable. Try to find something indoors that you enjoy...a good movie, a good book, playing with your dog. The rain won't last forever.

Thanks for your replies and feed back. Not really having a good day at the moment, it is really pissing down with rain here in South Australia [I don't know what happened to good old Aussie sunny weather]. I still can't do much with my arm at the moment physio did say it is going to take time for those ligaments to heal as well as the torn muscle, I can still take my dog on walks but at the moment it is a big NO as it is still raining cats and dogs. That is why I am not having a good day "Weather".
