With the colder weather coming (I hope) I was thinking about Oatmeal. I noticed on the Steel Cut Oatmeal for 1/3 of a cup it is 31 gr. of carbs with 4 g of fibre. Does anyone know that 1/3 of a cup is that when it is already cooked or is that the measurement before cooking......thank you.

My dr said they are all back logged and drs cannot get them. Too many people are using these pens that are not diabetic, they use the pens to lose weight. So it hurts us
