Scramble egg with spinach on whole wheat tortilla bread, tomato salsa and a small orange, 4 ozs low fat milk.

Tuna sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes and red onions and a small apple. Bottle of water. Or 8 ozs decaf green tea.

I eat 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, 1 pack splenda, 1/3 cup blueberries or small fruit and 1/2 cup low fat milk.
Or I carry a granola bar, small fruit and bottle of water.
