I used to drink Raspberry Ice Tea. I could drink a quart a day. I now drink water. If I want some tea Turkey Hill sells Lemon Ice Tea. Not diet. I cut out all fast food and started eating salads. Now I eat 2 apples a day. A banana a day. The medication you take also helps cut your appetite down. I only eat one slice of pizza instead of 4. I see the endocrinologist and he sent me to the nurse and dietician.

With help from family does a great deal of help.

I'm not saying don't eat all you fried stuff but, try a air fryer.

I have lost 35 pounds since May '18.

Good Luck

Start with cutting out foods with sugar. Nix the sweet tea. Get Sugar Free Sweet Tea. If you have pancakes, use Sugar Free Syrup. Eggs are good. Too many fried foods will clog up your arteries and raise your cholesterol and can cause heart problems so if you could cut down on fried foods, that would help. Are you an emotional eater? I know I am and that can be a whole different problem. You may not want a meal plan per say. You may just want to cut out sugar. Fresh vegetables & fruits are good. Drink lots of water. Do you exercise and are you getting enough sleep? Those are all factors too. I would start with cutting out sugar. Sugar makes you crave more sugar.

I just found out that apples actually have 19 grams of sugar in them. Strawberries have a mere 7.

I like oatmeal, a small apple or orange and lowfat milk in my decaf coffee 8 ozs for breakfast.

It's delicious and healthy.
