Iola, I love Splenda, but it's poison, as well as the other's except for Stevia and a few others. Cancer feeds off sugar, so how's cancer cells going to know what's sugar and what's artificial sugar? I love Splenda, and am just now weaning off. I don't like Stevia, but I recently found Monk fruit. It's really good! Try it.

I use Stevia. It's a herb and some sources claim that it has therapeutic properties.

Sometimes you should just ignore all the advice and hype about a product and do what works for you. I drink the Crystal Lite type drinks every day. It keeps me satisfied. I don't drink sodas anymore, diet or otherwise and sweet iced tea is not in the fridge anymore either. I never learned to drink coffee and hot tea so having something besides cold water is something I do for me.
