Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing cold hands and feet due to poor circulation, with many noting that neuropathy often makes feet feel cold even when they're not actually cold to the touch. Several members shared practical solutions that have helped them, including wearing thermal socks with wool, layering two pairs of socks, using a rocking chair to keep feet moving and blood circulating, taking Gabapentin for neuropathy symptoms, and trying magnesium supplements for circulation support. A recurring theme was that better diabetes control helps reduce the severity of symptoms, though many members still need to wear socks year-round or to bed to manage discomfort and prevent numbness or prickly sensations.

Don't laugh; but, a rocking chair helps! If you are going to be sitting anyway, might as well keep your feet moving, which keeps them circulated.

I believe most diabetes suffer from cold feet & hands due to poor circulation. It also does not help the libidino...most men also suffer from ED... I learned that there is a medication which helps you control your urination specially at night. Ask your doctor.
