I fell by the mail box while walking .I did not hurt anything.(The side walk is not damage, us my a..)

Ive tried the ACV no lowering of any kind for me.Its supposed to lower bg when youve eaten a starchy food , and I dont eat very many starchy foods.

Today is cool 40 degrees but this evening calls for lots of rain and freezing ice by morning. I pray that the temp stays at 40 and above. I'm motivated to walk twice daily or more of 2 hrs and eating healthier foods such as 6-8 small fruits, 4-6 veggies and 4-6 bottles of water daily for health and happiness.
Also, I'm IOLA (not Lola)😂
Any plans for Valentines Day?
