If you decide to take apple cider vinegar as a daily supplement, make sure to dilute it with water, tea, or another nonalcoholic liquid of your choice before drinking, as undiluted apple cider vinegar can irritate the throat. “The typical recommendation is 1 teaspoon in 8 ounces of water,” Foroutan says.

Although there have been reports where long-term use of apple cider vinegar resulted in potassium and bone loss, there have been no controlled studies to support this conclusion, so diluted apple cider vinegar is still generally considered safe for both cooking and as a supplement. “There really aren’t any risks associated with apple cider vinegar as long as it’s used diluted."

Following are eight recipes made with apple cider vinegar that are sure to satisfy children and adults alike:

Easy and Comforting Apple Cider Vinegar Chicken
Mayo-Free, Zesty Apple Cider Vinegar Coleslaw
Antioxidant-Rich Apple Cider–Glazed Salmon
Simply Sweet and Spicy Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Wholesome Chicken Detox Soup With Apple Cider Vinegar
Quick Dill Pickles With Apple Cider Vinegar
Sweet and Tangy Homemade Paleo BBQ Sauce
Roasted Butternut Squash Soup With Apple Cider Vinegar

I pour about a shot glass full in my water bottle....20 oz. I sometimes add Slenda, but it tastes good to me either way. I guess it is really good to keep parasites clear in your gut.

Or you can try ACV pills from the vitamin dept. I can stand the taste of ACV no matter how it's diluted.
