My" cheat " is chocolate - a few( 5) a day over the Xmas / New year period.
Also Easter, birthdays.........that's when it's too much and has to stop 🚏 🛑

As a Type two, Can I eat fresh fruits in moderate quantities, or will it be harmfull. Are all fruit the same or are there some that are better to eat.

Do I really have to count carbs? Can't I just stick to eating a measured amount of foods that are supposed to be low carb foods, hydrate and exercise. Then if my numbers are good, cool beans. Counting carbs sounds horrendously complicated.

As diabetics, if we are using (diet) to maximum advantage to help with blood sugar control we might tend to get in a rut and eat the same "stuff" day after day
