You referring to the Newcastle diet that involves consuming an all-liquid 800-calorie diet of soups, shakes and non-starchy vegetables for three to five months before progressively reintroducing solid foods over a further two months?
No i dont feel such an extream is healthy nor long term sustainable. What ive found works for me n has gotten my a1c into non diabeic range since 2012 so its what is right for me.
I agree!
This diet sounds dangerous and probably should be monitored very closely with your doctor, 600 calories a day is way too low for most people. It is really an extreme way to control or lose weight.
Sounds way way to extreme for me
What is it????
