Has anyone type 2 ever tried Ozempic as a medication? Doctor has asked me if I want to try it since diet and exercise is not working to loose some pounds.

I looked up Ozempic, it seems a little like Trulicity which can help you lose weight but is not meant for that, sadly I was on Trulicity and the side effects were horrible, I was sick all the time, could hardly move.. I no longer take it. just be careful.

I was on it 5 months and it was awful! Nausea, headaches, flu-like diarrhea, painful cramps in legs and stomach, severe fatigue, loss of taste buds, bloated all the time. Got so I would be in bed sick for 3 days after taking injection. Did not work for me in that the side effects made it so not worth it. Took a few months to get out of my system after.
