Has anyone type 2 ever tried Ozempic as a medication? Doctor has asked me if I want to try it since diet and exercise is not working to loose some pounds.
I was on it 5 months and it was awful! Nausea, headaches, flu-like diarrhea, painful cramps in legs and stomach, severe fatigue, loss of taste buds, bloated all the time. Got so I would be in bed sick for 3 days after taking injection. Did not work for me in that the side effects made it so not worth it. Took a few months to get out of my system after.
My doctor put me on Jardiance. I've had no side affects and my #'s have dropped. Bonus is it's helping with weight loss. I lose a pound a week.Gone from 216 to 204 so far ๐
Never heard of that one but let us know how it goes if you take it ok
Was vomiting everyday that I had to quit it.
Has anyone continued to use Ozempic for their Type 2? Or did you change to Mounjaro (my sister has), and did it have better results?
My doctor just prescribed Ozempic can anybody give me their opinion and or feedback on this?
Why do they add more insulin to someone who's insulin resistant? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose? Plus
