How Can I Stop Itchy Feet?

My feet get very itchy just as I almost fell asleep. I have tried lots of creams but some night I just scratch until they burn. Can someone help please😭

Blood flow issues .start doing cardio exercises like stepper and jumping Jack .Stop buying expensive creams and medication invest in your gym.

I had that for a while. What I did was make sure to soak my feet daily, and then after I take my feet out and dry them I would apply foot cream. Kind of massaged my feet as well with this at the same time. Seemed to help overall.

i find that essential oils work best with our skin needs...Radha on amazon is the line i like..anything with lavender is soothing also aveeno the calming lotion with lavender....but the essential oils make you feel all girly...lol

Some blood pressure tablets do that. My Dr had to take me off Norvasc as I would scratch my legs and ankles til they bled and I couldn't get rid of the burning sensation.

Thank you the cream is in the lotion area and it is reasonably priced just tell her you. Are diabetic and your problem with your feet it has no scent hypo allergenic
