I have just been diagnosed with Type 2 and I take Farxiga. Seems to work well with my glucophage.
I switched my Farxiga to evening and my am BS# dropped by 100.
use your large muscles. leg and butt exercise. drink more water and take your medication
Try to keep to low glycemic veggies and fruits and proteins.
No more sweets or just sugar of any kind.. donβt eat anything white like mashed potatoes, white bread nothing then get lots of exercise..
