Low blood pressure makes sense but just because a doctor doesn't know the answer don't ever let them make you feel you are crazy. Doctors are not gods and don't know everything all the time and have good and bad days just like anyone else.

You don't have to have low blood sugar to feel this way. I more often these when I'm at a normal blood sugar, but dropped rapidly from a high sugar. Say going from 350 to 120 in two hours, 120 isn't "low", but is a rapid drop.

Maybe you have low blood pressure. This would be especially if you experience this feeling when rising from a sitting position.

I used to get that all the time. I had to increase my electrolytes.

I wish I could exercise but my back is so bad I can hardly walk. I am glad to hear that things are improving. I have had Glucerna, sometimes it helps keep the sugars from spiking but other times it does nothing.
