My Feet Are So Cold... Almost Painfully Cold... Is This From My T2Diabetes?
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have always been the type to walk around barefoot and lately (I am a newly diagnosed diabetic) I find my feet are so cold that I plug in a heating pad and wrap it around my feet just to warm them up...

Curious if anyone else is eexperiencing this?

It can be a sign that you have poor circulation, it is always best to check with your doctor when there are any changes with your legs, feet arms hands (ie cold or numbness. tingling, burning sensations)

I am 78 yrs old & have cold feet & nose. Doctors have always not given any help. Makes me I think I am just strange! It is surprising that no doctor (and I have been to many) would offer help with this. I just keep my mouth closed now. My biggest battle now is sweats at night. My past doctor does not know what to do about this either. I have changed docs agin so maybe I will get some help.

I would check with my doctor as it may be a warning sign of poor circulation .
