Real sugar and creamer has very little effect in my glucose levels

Test your blood sugar before the coffee with cream and sugar and then test again about 2 hours see if how much that raises the blood sugar different foods affect each one of us differently. I do this to see how food effects my body,

Coffee alone can raise blood sugar levels if you drink it before a meal with protein. Milk nearly always spikes blood sugar.

I prefer reg sugar & Coffee Cream bcuz it's real. Coffeemate & artificial sweetners r cancer causing - so they say.
