I am confused by so many different things to eat or not. I will get there in time 😂
Do people think there is a connection between stress and depression and diabetes? If so, to what extent do you feel the connections exist? My personal feeling is that the connections between these factors may be underestimated. Hope is gd diabetes is my battle every day
I have been told that after having this surgery I would no longer have to treat my diabetes. However I am wondering if I would be trading one set of problems for another. Since I have a weight problem being approved is not a problem, but I prefer to do things as naturally as possible. Some insight would be helpful and appreciated.

Most of my meals look like stir-fry, eggs, soup, salads, or some combination of the above. Baby steps.

The other day I was watching some show, characters were all excited when one said “Slow Down – you need to manage your expectations”.

Looking through a list of Team members I noticed that @A DiabetesTeam Member was diagnosed in 1993 - 29 years ago which certainly makes her one of the extreme veterans.
So I'm looking for a "shout out".
When were you Diagnosed??
Myself - 2016 (August) - Age 52
