A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

The worst thing about my type 2 is the constant use of my bladder especially during the night
Any suggestions on how to stop being so frequent?

I use to be like that .I would to bathroom a lot at night and never get no sleep. But I told my doctor and he put me on oxybutynin .I take it twice day. And I have to cut down my drinking I was drinking 64oz. Of water, 3 cup of coffee 1 bottle of single .Now I drink a total of 32oz. Day. So you need to talk with your doctor.

That's it 32oz a day I could never survive on that need at least twice that amount. I never have problems when sleeping, usually up once a night & never any accidents !

I find that if I have to go to the toilet a lot then it's usually because my blood sugar is high.
