It's hard, but you do it gradually,if you drink 4 a day, go to 3.Do it for a week. Then keep on lowering the cokes.

Drinking to much can be quite harmful if you're diabetic. I have switched to sugar free beverages. They may not be healthier on the body but the sugar doesn't rise. I drink one twice a week.
