Let me know your ideas for a quick breakfast. This is one meal I really struggle with.
Scrambled egg in microwave
I boil a dozen eggs at a time, peel them, and keep them in a Tupperware container, usually lasts me a few days. You can also fix a crust less quiche or a breakfast sandwich and freeze them, taking out as you want one. I also buy the frozen sausage patties to keep on hand.
strawberry mush
I eat 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt with 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and slivered almonds. Keeps me full all morning.
Greek yogurt, a half cup of granola, some walnuts, and prunes.
