I was diagnosed in 2007. I take Metformin, but have Neuropathy in my feet so it's hard for me to walk also I have to drive if I can find a place where it's level. I do want to try tho.I am 79 years old

YES, cinnamon is the best, every morning before any coffee or tea, O swallow a teaspoon full of☺️ water
works for me!!!
