Members shared natural approaches to managing blood sugar, with cinnamon emerging as the most popular recommendation, taken either as capsules with meals or sprinkled in coffee, with one member reporting their A1C dropped to 5-point-something after six months of use. Several members mentioned other supplements including calcium-magnesium, Immunodew (described as an all-natural multivitamin available at pharmacies), and alternative options like okra and cactus. A recurring theme was enthusiasm for trying natural methods alongside conventional care, though members should consult their healthcare providers before starting any new supplement regimen.
